In that year when Badhon secured the top position in Lux-Channel i Superstar contest she performed with popular film actor Ferdous on the stage. Later though performed together in many programmes but could not get the scope to perform as models in any TV commercial.
For the first time, they performed together as models in a TVC. They worked together in a TVC of a multinational company’s refrigerator under Hasan Morshed’s direction. Last Tuesday Ferdous and Badhon took part in shooting of the TVC in the city’s Coke Factory in Tejgaon.
While sharing his feelings to perform as a model in the TVC Ferdous told this correspondent, “Our daily activities are nicely portrayed in the TVC. In a nutshell, I can say we have performed in a nice TVC. Badhon is a cute and nice lady. I have performed with her on stage for several times. For the first time we worked together on the screen. Badhon performed well. I am very much optimistic about the TVC because it will create hype among the viewers after telecasting.”
Badhon shared her feelings by this way, “From the beginning of my career I was closely known about the working style of Ferdous Bhai. So we have a better understanding and relationship. Several times I worked with him on stage and also under his production. I always wanted to work with him either in movie or others. At last, I got the scope to work with him in a TVC. He is very cooperative actor. I have enjoyed a lot working with him in the story based TVC. In fact, I am really very much eager when the TVC will go on air in different channels.”
It is noted that Ferdous was first seen in TVC against Tareen under Afzal Hossain’s direction. On the other hand, Badhon was first seen to work in a TVC of a cell phone under Gazi Shuvro’s direction. Last night Ferdous and Purnima took part in a show in Chittagong. Badhon is now staying Cox’s Bazar from Wednesday. There she is taking part in shooting of Animesh Aich’s play ‘Bubun-er Honeymoon.’
