Additional Deputy police commissioner of CMP Detective Branch Mr. Babul Akhter has been promoted as Superintendent of Police recently.
This was informed through a circular issued by the Home Ministry on April 5 last . Babul Akhter was a talented and brave police officer of Chittagong District police and the CMP since long.
Babul Akhter now in China for taking training on anti-terrorist movement . Babul Akhter achieved a lot of awards viz. Bangladesh Police Medal, twice President Awards, IG Badge and 4 times as best Asstt. Police Super during his service tenure.
Babul Akhter joined police service being qualified in 24th BCS base, sources said.
