Tawquir Ahmed is not only popular as an actor but also well-liked director to all. While acting in any TV play he always gives priority to the story or script and also gives precedence to his role.
On the other hand, while giving direction either in TV play or movie Tawquir Ahmed always tries not only to entertain the viewers but also gives a message to them.
Tawquir recently made that type of a play titled Ekti Phul-er Golpo. He made the play under the story written by Swapna Reza, younger daughter of noted journalist Asaf-ud-Dowla.
While talking about the play Tawquir told this correspondent, “To create awareness among the people about the problems which are always being faced by the disabled persons and their family members in the society. I want to give them a message in this regard in my play. Each of the performers of the play have performed well and they also worked very cordially.”
Azizul Hakim and Bipasha Hayat performed in role of a parent of a disabled daughter in the play.
While sharing her feelings on her performance in the play Bipasha Hayat said, “The persons who are involved making the play I am closely attached with them in their social awareness creating activities for a long time. They are also working with disabled persons. I think working in this play was a part of my social responsibility to them. Electronic media is a strong media. Its every moment is very important to give any message to the viewers. We have tried to create awareness among the people by a story-telling theme in this play.”
Azizul Hakim shared his feelings by this way, “As a director, Tawquir Ahmed is very talented and serious director. He can realise the dissatisfaction of an actor while acting in any play. On the other hand, Bipasha Hayat is a highly qualified actress. It was a great luck for me to perform with her in the play.”
The play Ekti Phul-er Golpo is scheduled to be aired on April 2 on International Disability Awareness Day on Channel i.
It may be mentioned that under Tawquir Ahmed’s direction Bipasha first acted in TV play Tomar Boshonto Din-e. But under the production of Zia Ansari Azizul Hakim first acted with Bipasha as a pair in a TV play.
On the other hand, Bipasha first acted as pair with Azizul Hakim under Tawquir’s direction in a play titled Naiori. Later they have performed together in many plays. Today is birthday of Bipasha Hayat. She requests to all to pray for her.
