Aziz Al Mahmood, Chairman of IDLC Finance Limited, presiding over its 34th AGM at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the city on Thursday. The AGM approved 35 percent Cash Dividend for its shareholders for the year 2018. Arif Khan, CEO and along with other directors of the company were also present.
