Rotarian Azfar Ali has been appointed as independent director for Western Marine Shipyard Ltd. The company proposed Azfar’s name as an independent director in their 170th board of director (BOD) meeting held recently, says a press release.
Due to enormous maritime and shipping business experience in association with various social activities Azfar Ali got this directorship post.
Mr. Ali is the managing director of Saraf Group of Company.
