Azad wins ‘Handsome – The Ultimate Man’ crown

The ultimate man of Bangladesh has been declared for the second time on the hit reality show Emami Fair & Handsome-Channel i Handsome the Ultimate Man and his name is Abul Kalam Azad. The ultimate man of 2014 received a cash prize of Tk 5 lakh, an acting contract with Impress Telefilm Ltd and will become the brand ambassador of the Emami.
An eventful and star-studded gala night was held at the Hall of Fame of Bangabandhu International Conference Centre where the Managing of Director of Channel i Faridur Reza Sagar, Director and Head of News of Channel i Shykh Seraj, the SAARC cluster President of Emami Ltd Mohsin Ahmed, the Rear Admiral of Bangladesh Navy Kazi Sarwar Hossain along with the two judges of the show, actor Reaz and actress Kushum Sikder handed over the prizes to the winners.
The show was brought together by Channel i with the help of Bangladesh Navy as powered by option. The five handsome finalists were – Munna, Waseq, Azad, Abak and Sakeeb.
Set against a stunning set, the grand finale was indeed a spectacle to behold. The highlight of the evening was the finalists live performances where they partnered with renowned personality namely – Samia, Prothoma, Shokh, Evana and Sporshia.
The performances were extraordinary as indicated by the loud cheers of the audience present at the Hall of Fame. The audiences also enjoyed performances by musical legend Ayub Bachchu, Mim, Sajjad, Sabi, Asif and members of Shera Nachiye troupe. The entire show was broadcasted live on Channel i from 7:30pm.
