The body of a CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver was recovered from a salt field in Teknaf upazila on Saturday.
Deceased Zafar Alam, was the son of of Syed Hossain alias Ledu in Old Pallan Para area under Teknaf municipality.
The victim’s uncle Monu said Zafar went to Hrila station with passenger at 9pm on Friday. But, he did not return home at night.
His body was found in a salt filed near Rangikhali Elite Aquaculture Ltd on Saturday morning.
Teknaf thana OC Abdul Majid said several injury marks were found in the body
