Entertainment Report :
Popular band Aurthohin’s key-man Saidus Salehin Khaled, popularly known as Sumon, made his return on September 23 with his new single track titled Boyosh Holo Amar.
Sumon wrote and composed the song, which would feature guitarist Mahaan Fahim.
After three years battle with multiple health complications, including a severe spinal injury and a scary encounter with Covid-19, Sumon has finally returned to Bangladesh. He is set to drop new singles in the coming months and complete Aurthohin’s comeback track.
In this regard, Sumon wrote on Facebook, “A few words on Boyosh Aamar Holo. It has no bass solo, startling lead, or caricature of drums. What we have is Mahaan’s beautiful acoustic guitar playing, and my ordinary lyrics. It is a song about me slowly getting older and being bedridden for nearly two years. It is song about me groping in darkness and screaming in pain every night. But more importantly, it is a song about me overcoming all the obstacles and finds my path back to the light.” The music video for Boyosh Aamar Holo was shot in Bandarban. Sumon was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2011 and became cancer-free in 2013.
