Entertainment Desk : Popular band ‘Aurthohin’ has been out of spotlight for a while as it’s leader Sumon, also known as ‘Bassbaba’, was taking a break from musical activities due to sickness. On June 17, Sumon had an operation on his body. After the operation, as he was returning home, a micro-bus hit him from behind, which further deteriorated his conditions. Recently he expressed himself regarding the matters on Facebook. He said “I’ve been ill for a while. After some tests the doctors found another fracture in his spine. Two hours after surgery my lungs collapsed. 30 hours of being in ICU, I was returned to ward.” He also added “Still alive. Aurthohin will start performing in concerts regularly from November. Felt the urge to let everyone know about this. I am almost healthy now.” He also informed that Aurthohin will perform a concert at Sydney on November 1. Noticeably, Sumon kept himself out of media’s focus for some months. After his accident, he did not make any headlines. Not only that, he was out of reach from his colleagues in the industry. Recently he made his presence known through the Facebook status and updated his fans and colleagues.
