Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu on Saturday said that the culprits, who attacked journalists, would be arrested and brought to justice.
“We have discussed with the home minister about measures of punishment against the perpetrators. We agree with the journalists and that is why we shall quickly arrest the attackers and punish them,” he said.
The minister passed the comments while speaking to journalists during the inauguration of the National Fruit and Plant Fair at Bheramara upazila

The minister said that the medical expenses of all injured journalists in Dhaka have been met.
