Naquib Khan and Kumar Bishwajit are country’s living legend as music composers, directors and singers and Shahid Mahmud Jangi is a noted
lyricist. After many years, they have been attached with a song together. Popular singer and music director Bappa Mazumder was also attached with them in this song through recording and mixing of the song
at Bappa’s own studio in the capital’s Banani area on Thursday.
By this way a melodious song has been created in voice of Kumar Bishwajit. Title of the song is Sobkichhu Hoye Jai Shunnyo. Lyrics
of the song were written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi and music was composed by Naquib Khan. Naquib Khan also arranged music of the song.
While talking about the song Naquib Khan said, “It is no doubt there was fondness in my mind while composing the song. After many years, we worked together for the song. We tried to make it a ‘trendy’ song. If the music-lovers like the song, our efforts will become successful. I give thanks to Bappa to co-operate us for the song.”
Shahid Mahmud Jangi said, “In fact, our journey in the field of music was same time. We stepped forward in that path after many years. It was really a likeable matter for us.”
Kumar Bishwajit shared his feelings by this way, “We are in common field for many years. But we didn’t get the scope to work together for many days. At last, we worked together for a song which initiative was taken by Naquib Bhai. I am hopeful about the song. I have many thanks and gratefulness to Bappa. By this way if we work together in future bondage will develop with the new generation. After making music video of the song, it will be released on YouTube channel of Gaan Chhobi.”
Bappa Mazumder said, “I am really impressed because three noted musicians came to my studio for composing a song. They kept their full confidence on me. It is really a great luck for me.” In Shahid Mahmud Jangi written lyrics, Kumar Bishwajit last rendered a song titled Mombati Jwaliye Diyo under Ayub Bachchu’s music composition. In Asif Iqbal written lyrics, he also rendered another song titled Sukh Chhara Dukh under Naquib Khan’s composition. Bishwajit on Friday performed in a stage show at a city hotel. On November 5, he will also perform in another show at Savar Cantonment.
Lyrics of Souls band’s Chayer Cup-e Porichoy Tomar Sathe, Erimajhe Raat Nemechhe, Ayub Bachchu rendered song Ekdin Ghum Bhanga Shohore, Partha Barua’s song Ami Bhule Jai Tumi Aamar Nou, Renaissance band’s song Hridoy Kada Matir Kono Murti Noy, Samina Chowdhury’s song Somoy Jeno Katena were written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi.
