ATN News will face The Report24.com in the opening match of the Pran Krako-DRU Handball Tournament at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium today.
State Minister for LGRD & Cooperatives Md Mashiur Rahman Ranga and State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder will inaugurate the meet at 11.00 am as chief guests.
A total of 24 media houses including print media, online media and satellite channels will take part in the handball competition.
Seven matches will be held on the opening day (Sunday) with ATN News taking on The Reports 24.com in the first match.
Participating teams are: Jamuna TV, GTV, Rtv, Dipto TV, ATN Bangla, Channel I, Bangla Vision, ATN News, BSS, UNB, Dainik Inqilab, Janakantha, Bhorer Kagoj, Kalbela, Karatoa, Manab Zamin, Naya Digatha, Sangram, Ittefaq, Amader Arthoniti, Amader Shomoy, Radio Today, The Report 24.com and Mail 24.com
The champion team will receive prize money of Tk 25, 000 while the runners-up team will get prize money of Tk 15,000 in addition to trophies.
