From many years Ekushey Padak and National Film Award winner actor ATM Shamsuzzaman has a habit of writing. Besides writing story and poems, he wrote stories of many movies. As a storywriter, he also got the National Film Award. This time he is writing a book on autobiography which is based on Bangladesh’s culture and his life. Title of the book will be Shilpo Sangskriti O Aamar Shilpi Jibon, which will be published by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy.
While talking about the book ATM Shamsuzzaman said, “Basically with the interest of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy I am writing the book. How I have come into my present position despite having facing many barriers will be presented in this book. Within very short time the book will be published. I hope readers will like it.”
Now ATM Shamsuzzaman is acting in movies and plays with mental stress. He said, “Now I do not acting from my mind because I have many pains in my mind. Once people like performing arts so much but now it is heard that viewers do not enjoy watching these. I request all the directors to keep in mind the viewers’ interests while making. Otherwise it will be difficult to improve our cultural development.”
Recently ATM Shamsuzzaman acted and SA Haque Alik directed movie Ek Prithibi Prem has been released. His acted only serial Noashal is being aired on Rtv now.
