Ekushey Award winner noted actor ATM Shamsuzzaman is little bit acting in both small and big screen now. If he likes any story and his role then ATM Shamsuzzaman agrees to work. Now he is acting in two drama serials.
Besides it, he is also working in a new serial titled Mohaguru. Kaisar Ahmed is making the serial. In this serial, ATM Shamsuzzaman is playing the role of a fraud saint. On April 18, he took part in shooting of the serial in a shooting house in the city’s Uttara area.
While talking about ATM’s role in the serial its director Kaisar Ahmed told this correspondent, “It is really difficult to cast any other person except ATM Sir in role of that fraud saint. Except him, nobody can portray the character properly. For this reason, I have selected him for that role. In fact, ATM Shamsuzzaman is our pride.”
While sharing his feelings to work in the serial ATM Shamsuzzaman said, “Kaisar Ahmed is a talented director and also a good human being. He can know better how to receive input from an actor. I believe this serial will be one of my mentionable works of present time because to entertain the viewers, it is really a nice work.”
Already ATM Shamsuzzaman acted serial Mohaguru is being aired on Banglavision every Sunday and Monday at 9:05pm. Now ATM Shamsuzzaman acted one of the mentionable works is Mir Sabbir directed Noashal, which is being telecasted on Rtv. His acted last released movie was SA Haque Alik’s Ek Prithibi Prem. Later he did not see to act in any other movie.
It is noted that in Amzad Hossain’s Noyon Moni, ATM acted forcibly in a role. That movie during that time created hype among the viewers. He also became popular to work in that movie though he wanted to be a director but he became an actor.
