In this age, Ekushey Padak winner noted actor ATM Shamsuzzaman does not agree to work outside Dhaka now if he does not like the story.
After liking Sohel Arman’s story Bhromor ATM Shamsuzzaman agreed to work in his directing movie Bhromor. Now it’s shooting is going on at Jointapur in Sylhet. Shamsuzzaman is acting in role of heroine of the film Mugdhota’s maternal grandfather. Elora Gohor is playing in role of Mugdhota’s mother in the movie. Shamsuzzaman and Elora Gohor last worked together in Nabil Ashraf’s movie Rongdhonu.
While talking about the movie ATM Shamsuzzaman told this correspondent over mobile from Sylhet, “Sohel Arman is like father like son of Amzad Hossain. His story, storytelling and making are attracting me. For this reason, despite facing pains in this age I have been taking part in shooting of the movie and also staying in Sylhet. I believe viewers will enjoy the movie Bhromor. After finishing my shooting on march 17 I will return to Dhaka on March 18.”
ATM Shamsuzzaman earlier worked in Habibul Islam’s movie Ratrir Jatri. Now he is working in a mega serial titled Noashal, which is being directed by actor Mir Sabbir. He got the National Film Awards for five times till now.
