Ekushay Padak and National Award winning actor ATM Shamsuzzaman has been hospitalised after suffering from breathing problems. He has been suffering from nausea and acute respiratory problem for the last two days.
He was taken to Asgar Ali Hospital in the capital’s Gandaria area on Wednesday evening and is currently under treatment, his wife Runy Begum informed the matter yesterday. The actor was unwell from Wednesday and was facing irregular food digestions, alongside breathing problems. After consulting with the doctors, he was taken to the hospital to run some medical tests.
Currently, he is in the ICU, seeking necessary treatment under the supervision of Dr Ataur Rahman.
The movie Noyonmoni famed actor has been actively appearing in both films and television for the last 50 years. Alongside acting, he also earned praises as a screenwriter. The National actor has long been suffering from different health complications.
