ASM Shahidullah Khan, Chairman of Board of Directors of One Bank Limited, presides over its 23rd AGM held in the capital on Thursday. The bank declared 5 percent bonus share in this AGM. Zahur Ullah, Vice Chairman, Kazi Rukunnuddin Ahmed, Shawket Jaman, Anannya Das Gupta, Directors, Aurangzeb Chowdhury, Independent Director and Md. Monzur Mofiz, Managing Director of the bank were present.
