Asif Tuhin’s solo album to be released after 24 years

In the beginning of 90s, Asif Tuhin’s rendered a song titled Ghasphul valo lagey became popular to most of the listeners. In 1991, his debut solo album titled Ki Sukher Chhoya was released under the banner of Betar Jagat.
Later he couldn’t return to music arena due to his attachment with job and family life and mother’s death.
But as an enlisted singer, Asif Tuhin regularly rendered songs on Bangladesh Television (BTV) and also performed in different stage shows.
After a break of 24 years, his debut solo album titled Moner Bhetor has been released recently. Mukhlesur Rahman Mukul and Ashish Pal have written lyrics of the songs of the album. Dipak Sutradhar has composed its tunes and music. Sharmin and Nirjhor are his co-singers in two duet songs in the album.
Already his rendered a duet song with Sharmin titled Elorey Baishakh has been telecasting in different satellite channels from Pahela Baishakh.
While talking about his returning to music singer Asif Tuhin told this correspondent, “For listeners love I have returned to music arena. I have tried to give something new for the music lovers. I hope listeners will enjoy my songs. Everybody pray for me as I can become regular now in music industry.”
It may be mentioned that singer Agun has a band group named Sudden. Asif Tuhin was also a vocal of that band. In 1992, he performed on behalf of Sudden in the BAMBA Concert.
Hailed from Chittagong Asif Tuhin has been performing on BTV as an enlisted singer since 1996.
His solo album Moner Bhetor was released under the banner of Laser Vision last week.
