Bangladesh dominated the boys’ singles event on the second day of the 10th BKSP Asian Under-14 Series Tennis competition held on Tuesday at BKSP in Savar.
In the day’s boys’ singles second round matches, Faridur Reza, M Jewel Rana, Sayket Shahriar and Mohammad Zahid confirmed their quarter-finals stage after eliminating their respective rivals.
Besides, Milton Vaj of India, Mezwel of Hong Kong, Lim of Singapore Keniyafan of Laos also confirmed their boys’ singles quarterfinals place after eliminating their respective rivals.
In the girls’ singles matches, Gewong , Keon Jong, Seyong Sim, Herim Jung, Jing Youg and Yung Rite of Korea and Jerin Sultana and Eti Akter of Bangladesh moved to the quarterfinals after eliminating their respective rivals in the second round matches.
