Asian Film Festival from Oct 3 at DU

The Asian Film Festival 2016 will begin on 3rd October in the TSC Auditorium of Dhaka University (DU). The Seven famous films will be screened at the festival.
The Vice-Chancellor (VC) of DU Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique
will inaugurate the function as the chief guest at 11:00 am on Monday. Chairman of Mass Communication and Journalism (MCJ) Department Professor Mofizur Rahman will chair the function, while actress Sarah Begum Kobori, filmmakers Morshedul Islam and Mostafa Sarwar Farooki will remain present as special guests.
DU MCJ Film Club is organizing the festival; which will start at 11:00 am and end at 9:45 pm everyday till the 4th October. Tickets will be available for spot purchase at TSC before every show. Advance tickets are currently available online on www.ticketchai.com for Tk 20 only.
On 3rd October (Monday), House of Flying Daggers (China) at 1:30 pm, Three Iron (South Korea) at 4:00 pm and PK (India) at 6:30 pm will be shown.
On 4th October (Tuesday), In the Mood for Love (Hong Kong) at 11:00 am, A Separation (Iran) at 1:30 pm, Spirited Away (Japan) at 4:00 pm and Runway (Bangladesh) at 6:30 pm will be shown for the audiences.
