Asaduzzaman Noor turns 70 today

Noted actress and Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor MP will turn into 70 today. Though he has no special arrangement to celebrate the day but his theatre group, Nagorik will give him special honour on the occasion. The Minister will pass the day as usual like other days.
While talking about his birthday Noor said, “In fact, I do not want to celebrate my birthday gorgeously. In my childhood, I did not celebrate the day but my mother cooked food rather than other days. That’s all. I will miss my granddaughter Modhurima this day.”
Asaduzzaman Mohammad Ali, elder son of Abu Nazem Mohammad Ali and Amina Begum became Asaduzzaman Noor after starting acting. From his student life, he was engaged with politics, later took part in the liberation war, engaged with job and at last started acting. He is now the Cultural Affairs Minister. Dr Shahin Akhter is wife of Noor. He has one son and daughter named Sudipto and Suprova respectively. Though most of the time he has to be engaged with his works but when gets scope he tries to watch plays.
It is noted that Asaduzzaman Noor acted first play was Ronger Fanush. His acted first movie was Shankhanil Karagar. Later he acted in movies Agun-er Poroshmoni, Chandrakotha and Daruchini Dwip.
On his birthday Noor’s most intimate friend Aly Zaker said, “From 1972 we have friendship. People of Bangladesh gave him lot. When I feel hopeless during that time Noor extends his hands towards me. It is really a good friendship. He can realise anything easily.”
