Celebrating 50 years of independence of Bangladesh, Gallery Kaya organised its
much-anticipated art exhibition titled Epic 1971. The exhibition was inaugurated on January 14. The exhibition featured great paintings by master artists like Shahabuddin Ahmed, Somnath Hore, Jamal Ahmed, Ranjit Das, Chanda Bhattacharjee, Aditya Basak, Atin Basak and Aloptogin Tushar.
The inaugural ceremony followed proper Covid protocols were attended by the Trustee of Bangladesh Liberation War, Mofidul Hoque and the Editor of the daily Prothom Alo, Matiur Rahman, among others.
The exhibition Epic 1971 is open for all till January 29 from 11:30am to 7:30pm.
