Arrest warrant against Mir Kashem’s son

A Dhaka court on Wednesday passed arrest warrant against Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami leader Mir Kashem Ali’s son Muhammad Bin Kashem alias Salman in a fraud case.
Metropolitan Magistrate Harun-ur-Rashid of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka passed the order.
One Ashraful Haque filed the case against Salman with the CMM Court of Dhaka on charge of fraudulence of Taka one
crore 35 lakh on November 11, last year.
On December 23, 2013, the accused obtained bail in the case from the High Court, but since then he did not turn up to the court and for that the complainant sought the arrest warrant.  
His father Mir Kashem Ali who allegedly committed crimes against humanity in 1971 is now facing charges in the International War Crimes Tribunal.
