The leaders of BNP Chittagong eye arrest of Barrister Shakila Farzana is a mere conspiracy of the govt.
The leaders observed following the legal assistances to BNP leaders in false and fabricated cases, govt arrested her . Vice chairman of BNP Abdullah al Noman told the media that we are still observing the matter and this arrest is a part of oppression and harassment to the opposition leaders.
City BNP president Amir Khasru Chowdhury said Barrister Shakila was arrested as a victim of conspiracy of the present govt as she always extends legal supports to the oppressed .He said militants connections with Shakila is a conspiracy drama.
Meanwhile in a statement of Chittgong North district BNP said joint secretary of Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum, member of north district unit member, daughter of former whip and BNP leader Syed Wahidul Alam, Barrister Shakila Farzana was arrested illegally and involving with false and fabricated cases and harassed by the law enforcers.
Mentionable that Barrister Shakila, Advocate Md.Hasanuzzaman and Advocate Mahfuz chowdhury of Supreme court of Bangladesh were arrested from Dhaka on Tuesday night and presented before the court of Banskhali thana in chittgong as allegedly accused in Banskhali thana case on Wednesday and the court granted 4 days remand to them, court sources said.
