The stall of Bangladesh Army received the best prize among the stalls of 103 organisations at a three-day development fair on Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy premises in the city. A jury board comprising Dhaka Deputy Commissioner selected the stall of Bangladesh Army as the best while Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal handed over a crest as the chief guest of the concluding programme of the fair.
Bangladesh Navy secured the second position while Bangladesh Air Force got the third position, said a press release.
Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the fair across the country with the slogan ‘Role Model of Development, through video conference from her official residence Ganabhaban on January 11.
