Sports Reporter :Bangladesh Army and Bangladesh Navy post wins in their respective opening matches of the Walton Independence Day Volleyball Competition at the Dhaka Volleyball Stadium on Wednesday.In the day’s first match, Bangladesh Army defeated Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence by 3-0 sets.In the day’s second match, Bangladesh Navy beat Bangladesh Air Force by 3-1 sets.Earlier, Senior Additional Director of Walton FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn inaugurated the volleyball tournament by releasing the balloons as the chief guest while First Senior Deputy Director of Walton Ashiq-Al-Mamun was with him as the special guest.General Secretary of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) Ashiqur Rahman Miku and Joint-Secretary of BVF Advocate Fazle Rabbi Babul were present at the time.
