Tax Commissioner and former Rotary Governor MM Fazlul Haque Arif was awarded the Bangladesh Scouts’ highest national award for ‘silver tiger’ for his outstanding contribution to scouting by President Abdul Hamid on Wednesday at National Council of Bangladesh Scouts.
Tax Commissioner Arif has previously won first place in the BPATC among all BCS cadre trainees, receiving the Rector’s Gold Medal (1995), the Rover’s highest President’s Rover Scout Award (1988) from Dhaka University and the Governor’s Gold Medal as the Best Rotary Club President of Bangladesh(2007-08). He was Rotary Governor of Bangladesh in (2017-18).
