Arif Quadri, Acting Managing Director of United Commercial Bank (UCB) and Pradip Kumar Das, Additional Secretary of the Land Ministry, exchanging documents after signing an agreement at the ministry office on Monday. Land Minister Saifuzzaman Chowdhury was present in the ceremony. Under the deal, the bank will serve the government agency as a settlement bank.
