Director Riad Rahman is going to introduce a new pair on coming Valentine’s Day. The viewers will get the opportunity to watch this new pair not in a TV play. They well be seen them in a TV commercial (TVC).
To show them freequently on the screen, Riad Rahman made a TVC to cast popular actor of present time Arefin Shuvo and promising model, host and TV actress Nusrat Faria.
For the first time Riad has made any TVC to cast Shuvo and Nusrat Faria as a pair. He made the TVC of Mr Cookies Biscuit. Shooting of the TVC began in Cox’s Bazar sea beach on Tuesday.
The TVC is being made under a filmy concept. After finishing shooting of the TVC both Shuvo and Faria will return to Dhaka today.
Shuvo and Faria will perform under the jingle titled Bhalo tomai bashi bondhu prothom dekhatey. Kona and Mahadi gave their vocals for the jingle track under the composition of Shondhi. This TVC will go on air on Valentine’s Day, February 14 in different satellite channels, said its director Riad.
While sharing his feelings to perform as a model in the TVC Arefin Shuvo told this correspondent, “It is really going to be a nice work. We are working joyfully under a nice environment in sea beach area now for the TVC. Director Riad Rahman is making the TVC very sincerely. I believe that the viewers will enjoy the TVC. Though it was my first work against Nusrat Faria but she is very much cooperative while taking part in shooting.”
Nusrat Faria shared her feelings by this way, “I always feel comfortable to perform as a model in TVC. I have liked the concept of new TVC. I have tried my level best to perform properly in the TVC. I think working against Shuvo Bhai this TVC will create a new hype in the TVC industry.”
Meanwhile, within this month Nusrat Faria will also work in two other TVCs. One is under the direction of Siddhartho, Mangoli and another is Sonok Mitra’s direction Nirala Soap. These two TVCs will go on air this month, Faria said.
Besides performing as a model, Nusrat Faria is also engaged with hosting in different satellite channels and radio stations. She has performed as model in 16 TVCs till now. Mr Cookies is her 17th number.
It may be mentioned that Arefin Shuvo’s performed first TVC was Close Up under the direction of Mostafa Sarwar Farooki.
Later he performed as a model in several TVCs. But he came into limelight to perform against Bidya Sinha Mim in a TVC under Nafiz’s direction and against Rakhi in another TVC under Mahfuz Ahmed’s direction.
However, Shuvo’s acted a film titled Chhuye Diley Mon is scheduled to be released on April 10.
Later his acted another film Warning will be released soon, Shuvo said.
