The Qulkhawani of leading archivist and former Director of Bangladesh Film Archives and Library AKM Humayun Kabir was held on Friday, four days after he breathed his last at his Mirpur residence at the age of 86. A number of friends, colleagues, admirers and relatives joined the Qulkhawani to seek eternal blessings for the departed soul after Asr prayers at Mirpur’s Fakirbari Jame Mosque.
Kabir was a member of Bangladesh History Society and involved in different social activities.
