Archery team to take part Archery World Cup stage-2

The Bangladesh men’s and women’s archers team due to leave for Shanghai, China to take part in the Archery World Cup stage-2 scheduled to be held on May 6-12.
Bangladesh will compete in recurve and compound division and it will be held in ranking and elimination round.
The recurve division includes men’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s singles and mixed doubles while the compound division includes men’s singles women’s singles and mix doubles.
City Group is the main patron of the Bangladesh archery team while National Sports Council is the co-patron of the team.
In this regards a press conference was held on Saturday at Bangladesh Olympic Association auditorium to provide all the details of the meet.
Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) vice president Anisur Rahman, City Group senior deputy brand manager Rubaiyat Ahmed, BAF assistant general secretaries Rasheduzzaman Sheriniabad and Kamrul Islam and Bangladesh archery team coach Martin Federic were present on the occasion.
Bangladesh archery team: M Ruman Sana (archer-recurve men’s), M Tamimul Islam (archer-recurve men’s), M Hakim Ahmed Rubel (archer-recurve men’s), M Imdadul Haque Milon (archer-recurve men’s), Beauty Roy (archer-recurve women’s), Asim Kumar Das (archer-compound men’s) and Susmita Bonik (archer-compound women’s).
Team officials: M Kamrul Islam (team manager), Martin Federic (coach) and M Ziaul Haque (coach).
