Arambagh Football Academy reached the semifinal of the Dhaka North & South City Corporation Pioneer Football League eliminating Jatrabari Sports Academy by 2-1 goals in the 3rd quarterfinal at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur on Wednesday.
Rajib and Arif scored one each for the winners while Akama Sarkar netted the lone goal for the losers. Fahim of Arambagh FA was adjudged the best player of the match.
Uttara Recreation Club will face Commissioner Shafiuddin Smriti Sangsad in the last quarterfinal on Thursday at 3:30 pm at the same venue.
