Popular actor Ziaul Faruk Apurbo and model cum actress Anika Kabir Shokh performed together in two plays. They performed together in these plays as a pair. But their performances in those plays were highly appreciated to the viewers.
This time they have again performed together in a TV play titled Muhurtogulo Annorokom Hoi under the direction of Shakhawat Manik. Setu Arif has written story and script of the play. It is really an exceptional story based play.
Shooting of the play was taken place at a shooting house including Diabari in the city’s Uttara area including yesterday. Promising actor Afzal Khan also acted in an important role in the play.
While sharing his feelings to act against Shokh another time actor Apurbo told this correspondent, “I have little bit experience to work against Shokh in TV play. But in those plays where I performed with her were really enjoyable for me. Shokh has become a matured actress now. It is really a positive sign for her career. If she continues acting sincerely she can establish herself in media.”
Shokh shared her feelings by this way, “I really like the acting style of Apurbo Bhai. Besides director, he is so cooperative that any tough work becomes easier while acting in any play. Not only an actor but also a person he is also a nice human being.” Director of Muhurtogulo Annorokom Hoi informed that the play will be telecast either on Valentines Day or Eid-ul-Fitr in any satellite channel.
Earlier Shokh and Apurbo performed together in Belal Uddin Shuvo’s Chena Ochena and Variation of Love. Therefore, they have already finished shooting of another play titled Jermo Phobic Man recently.
However, Apurbo is also waiting to release his first acted movie Gangster Returns, directed by Ashiqur Rahman. Jannatul Ferdous Piya and Super Heroine famed actress Shampa acted against him in the film.
On the other hand, Shokh has performed as a model in a TV commercial of a multinational company under the direction of Jabir A Russell. She has also acted in Sagor Jahan’s directed a drama serial titled Moddhobitto Sukh Asukh. She acted in the central role in the serial, she said.
Shokh mentioned that within very short time she will disclose about her new movie.
