Basically either in movie or TV play it is seen to be popular among the viewers as a pair of celebrities. But it is familiar to see writers a pair. Rajib Ahmed and Joya Rahman is such a celebrity writer couple. They are known to the readers as Raz. Basically first letters of their names are abbreviated in this form of name. Mitu is wife of Rajib Ahmed who misunderstands a good friendly relationship between Rajib and Joya. Story of the play continues. With this theme a story based play titled Ekti Durbol Chitranattya has been made by Nazmul Roni.
In this play, Apurba played in role of Rajib, while Nadia Mim and Shaila Khanam Nadia acted in roles of Joya and Mitu respectively. This week shooting of the play has been done in the city’s Uttara area. Rumman Rashid Khan wrote story of the play.
While talking about the play Apurba told this correspondent, “Earlier Nazmul Roni’s direction I acted in a play titled Nlilimai Neel. Though as a director he is a newcomer but he has intention to do something better in his works. Nadia Mim and Nadia Khanom for the first time worked together in this play. I hope viewers will enjoy the play.”
Nadia Mim shared her feelings by this way, “There is something new in the story of the play. So I enjoyed a lot working in the play. Therefore, I always enjoy working with Apurba Bhai because he always co-operative about his co-actors.”
Meanwhile, with the story written by Apurba a special play has been made on the occasion of coming Valentine’s Day titled Beloved. By this play after 10 years break, late Bulbul Ahmed’s daughter Oindrila has returned to acting where she paired with Apurba.
Now Apurba acted and Syed Shakil directed serial Sonar Shekol is being aired on Ntv. His acted another serial Ghore Bairey directed by Nazrul Islam Raju will go on air on Maasranga TV soon, he said.
