To keep in mind their popularity as a pair, promising director Rahat Mahmud has made a special play titled Mainstream Prem casting Apurba and Tanjin Tisha. Rahat has made the play which is based on a contemporary story. Shooting of the play was done in the capital’s Uttara area last week.
While talking about acting in the play Apurba told this correspondent, “Earlier I worked under Rahat’s direction. Newcomer directors come into direction with many hopes so they have intention to give something new to the viewers. I always try to co-operate the new directors. In fact, I am also an actor so I know the situation. If I would not get co-operation from seniors I could not come into present position. Rahat is doing well. I wish his success, as an actress, Tanjin Tisha is doing really well now. She should continue her present skill.”
Tanjin Tisha shared her feelings by this way, “Story of play Mainstream Prem is really exceptional. I believe viewers will enjoy this play for its story. I got Apurba Bhai as my co-actor. He is very much co-operative. There are many things to learn from him. In fact, I always try to learn something from my co-artistes during shooting.”
Director Rahat Mahmud also informed that this play will be telecast on Gazi TV on Valentine’s Day of 2019.
