Formal inauguration of Dhallywood’s popular actress Apu Biswas produced her first movie titled ‘Lal Sari,’ a government granted movie, was held. Apu Biswas said this at mahurat of the movie held at a city restaurant on Saturday.
The actress informed that shooting of this movie, which story was written by Tanvir Ahmed Sydney, will start in November and Bondhon Biswas will give direction of it. Owner of Bishwo Rang, Biplob Saha is attached with this movie as a creative designer and also a costume designer. Shahiduzzaman Selim, Symon Sadik, Doyel, among others will act in different roles in this movie.
Film Directors’ Association President Sohanur Rahman Sohan, directors Habibul Islam Habib, Gazi Mahbub, Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar, music director of ‘Lal Sari’ Emon Saha, film actress Nipun, among others were also present at the mahurat of ‘Lal Sari.’
While talking about going to produce a government granted movie, Apu Biswas shared her feelings by this way, “At first, I can say that after getting government grants I have dared to produce this movie. I am really astonished and amazed for the participated guests at mahurat of my production’s movie. By this way, I can say everybody likes and loves me a lot. I became really emotional seeing photo of my parents. With everybody’s blessing I am going to start shooting of ‘Lal Sari.’ I have planned to produce movies from Apu-Joy production house regularly.”
Meanwhile, few days later, Apu Biswas starrer movie ‘Ishakha’ is going to release in Bangladesh and in Kolkata, her acted another movie titled ‘Ajker Shortcut,’ directed by Subir Mondol, is going to release soon. Therefore, Apu starrer two movies – ‘Chhayabrikkho,’ directed by Bondhon Biswas, and ‘Prem Pritir Bondhon,’ directed by Solaiman Hossain Lebu, are waiting to get release dates, said the actress.
