A court in the port city granted two days remand to an apprentice lawyer Rizwan Kabir Raju as alleged in murder case of one school girl.
Police sources said school girl Inhas Binte Nasir was brutally murdered by cutting throat at latter’s residence in Landmark society of Bakalia thana area on Wednesday last.
Chattogram metropolitan Magistrate Mohiuddin Murad passed the order of remand for 2 days against the prayer for 10 days, court sources said. The victim is the student of class six of Meron Sun school of Bakalia in city. Police sources said victim’s father Md. Nasir , a Saudi Expatriate and his family alongwith three daughters were residing in a rental house in Land Mark society for a long period. Grand father of the victim filed a murder case before the Bakalia thana on Thursday last accusing unidentified persons.
