Apollo Hospital, Jet Airways offer 10pc off

Apollo Hospital and Jet Airways offered a 10 per cent off in treatment facilities and plane fare to woo more Bangladeshi patients and passengers.
They came up with the offer at a press briefing titled “Fly for Good Health” held at the Dhaka Reporters Unity on Thursday.
“We are offering 10 per cent discount in plane fare and medical bill for Bangladeshi people who are traveling to India for availing treatment facilities in the country’s Hospitals. The offer has been extended under the Apollo connects initiative,” said Abdur Rob, Director of Health Connect International, Bangladesh.
Health Connect International Bangladesh, a medical consultancy firm, launched the scheme in association with Apollo Hospital Enterprises Ltd and Jet Airways.  
“Two Indian companies have extended the facilities for the first time in Bangladesh with an aim to provide affordable medical and passenger services to Bangladeshi patients. We hope the services will provide them a good comfort,” said Abdur Rob.
He said the Health Connect International, Bangladesh is not only providing medical consultancy service to India, but it has also expanded the service to Australia, UAE, Oman, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.
“The main objective of our service is to ensure access of cost effective high quality health services to the Medicare enrollees,” he added.
