ANZ Properties Ltd, a renowned developer company is going to build two luxury high-rise residential housing projects in North Khulshi and Rahmatganj area in Chattogram. In North Khulshi (Khulshi Hills) Road No. 5 corner plot ‘Fair face, “ANZ’s design would create a 12-storied luxurious signature project ANZ “Zahed Serenity”.
Another Project was the city Abdus Sattar Road, adjacent to the JM Sen Hall to be built on the 10-storied ANZ “JSS Light House.
“On Friday evening, the Land owner and developer Company signed an agreement in a local hotel of the two projects to that will be construct very soon. The agreement was signed on behalf of ANZ Chairman Yasin Ali and respective land owner of the land project, Feroza Begum and others and Mohammed Shekander to the respective projects aimed at the construction work.
Agreement signing ceremony was attended, among others, CEO of ANZ properties Mahmudul Haque, Deputy Chief Engineer Md Dildar Hossain, Manager Moinuddin Hasan and other senior officials.
The success of ANZ housing to built new projects in time and hand over to the land owner and flat owner and new Project underway to finish in the proposed time. Moreover, new housing and commercial projects are going to be started with in the next few months. The Chairman of the Company Yasin Ali added.
