Anupam Roy is one busy man! The National Award winning music composer, who picked up the 64th National Film Award for Best Lyrics for Praktan’s chartbuster Tumi Jaake Bhalobasho (2016), has been roped in to compose the music of the Anushka Sharma starrer Pari.
Anupam started his career in 2010 in Bengali films with Autograph. He steadily made his way into every Bengali’s heart with soulful melodious and lyrics that everyone learnt by heart.
In 2015, he made his Bollywood debut composing for Piku and later went on to stun everyone with Pink and Dear Maya. Bollywood had taken notice of a talented composer and there was no looking back.
This year, the multi-talented composer is working on Pari, starring Anushka Sharma and Parambrata Chatterjee in lead. The film marks the debut of director Prosit Roy.
