Mobile court of Chittagong city corporation in their regular drive during Ramadan month against the food adulteration and food hazards in city area on Sunday convicted three traders with Tk.55 thousand, a CCC sources said .
The court conducted raid in Alkaran, Pahartali and Majirghat area in city led by Executive Magistrate Nazia Shirin.
While contacted, an official of CCC told this reporter that three food houses in these areas are producing foods in unhygienic and uncleaned environment . Sources said Amman Fast Food, Bismillah Jhal Bitan fined with Tk. 35000 and Tk.10000 respectively for preparing the foods in unhealthy condictions and Shah Amanat Oil mills of Majirghat area fined with Tk.10 000 for packaging the mustard oil pet bottle unhygienic way .
