In the first trailer, Ant-Man was seen out of the Quantum Realm, which indicates that he could be join forces with the superheroes to and help resurrect the others. Some fans even think that Doctor Strange has a way of destroying Thanos and could have sent Lang inside the QR. But fans now think that Ant-Man could play a crucial role by time travelling . A fan has come up with a theory that Ant-Man could be the one who has been responsible for past events and reckons that Lang goes to the year 1993 and tracks down Hank Pym so that they can figure out a way forward and find a solution. With Hank as his mentor and the fact that he knew about the QR and suits, it would make sense for Lang to meet him. The fan went on to add that Emma Furhmann, who is said to be playing the role of the older version of Lang’s daughter Cassie, is in fact a younger version of Hope, who is Hank Pym’s daughter.
