Ansar & VDP Dhaka Range Club, Fakirerpul Surjatarun Sangha and Tangail Football Academy reached the semifinals of the Dhaka City Corporation North & South Under-16 Pioneer Football League eliminating their respective rivals in the quarterfinals at three different venues in the city on Saturday.
In the day’s quarterfinals, Ansar & VDP Dhaka Range Club outplayed Uttara Friends Club by 6-1 goals at Bangabandhu National Stadium; Tangail Football Academy beat Madarbari Sobhania Club, Chittagong by 5-3 goals at Army Museum playground while Fakirerpul Surjatarun Sangha defeated Mirpur Sports and Physical Culture Center by 3-2 goals at Bangladesh Army Stadium.
