Ansar champs of National Women’s Wushu Championship

Bangladesh Ansar emerged as the champions of the Walton 2nd National Women’s Wushu Championship at the Gymnasium of National Sports Council on Thursday. Bangladesh Ansar bagged 14 gold medals, six silver medals and four bronze medals. Bangladesh Army became runners-up of the meet earning four gold medals, nine silver medals and three bronze medals.
Dr Abdus Sobhan Golap, President of Bangladesh Wushu Association and Special Assistant to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, was present at the prize-giving ceremony as the chief guest, while Senior Operative Director (Head of Games & Sports) of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn was with him as the special guest. .-Sports Reporter
