Yet another High Court division bench on Sunday felt embarrassed to hear a petition seeking its directive to remove the unauthorised structures constructed on the Dhanmondi playground.
The petition was placed today (Sunday) before an HC division bench comprising Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Kazi M Ejarul Haque Akondo.
Earlier, on April 29, the admissibility hearing on a petition seeking court directives to undo the illegal occupation of the Dhanmondi playground could not take place as the designated division bench of the High Court headed by Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury felt embarrassed to hear it.
Passing the order, the HC division bench had sent the matter to the Chief Justice (CJ) for order.
