Yet another body of an unidentified youth was recovered from the Shitalakkhya river of Narayanganj on Saturday noon.
Locals saw the body floating in the river at Champara in Sonargaon upazila and informed police, said Asaduzzaman, officer-in-charge of Sonargaon Police Station.
Police sent the body to Narayanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy, he said.
The law enforcers are yet to confirm the identity of the deceased.
Earlier, police recovered the bodies of Narayanganj City Corporation panel mayor Nazrul Islam and six others from the river on Wednesday and Thursday.
The seven were abducted from Narayanganj city on Sunday.
