The Annual Sports Competition of Sir AF Rahman Hall of Dhaka University (DU) was held at the Central Playground of DU on Wednesday.
Ikramul Alam Asif, a fourth year student of Political Science Department became champion of the sports competition, while Md Obaidul Mia Rana, a fourth year student of Management and Information Systems Department finished runner-up of the sports meet.
After the sports competition, Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Professor Dr Akhtaruzzaman distributed the prizes among the winners.
Provost of the Hall Professor Dr Md Aftab Uddin presided over the prize-giving ceremony.
Earlier, Treasurer of DU Professor Dr Md Kamal Uddin inaugurated the sports competition.
