The Annual Sports Competition of Kabi Jasimuddin Hall of Dhaka University (DU) was held on Monday at the Central Play Ground of DU.
Shafiul Alam, a third-year student of Marketing Department emerged as the champion of the competition, while Al-Amin of Banking & Insurance Department, K M Shahriar Ferdous of Accounting & Information System Department and Sheikh Maruf Hasan of Finance Department became runner-up jointly in the competition.
Vice-Chancellor of DU Professor Dr M Akhtaruzzaman distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
Provost of the Hall Professor Dr Rahmat Ullah presided over the function.
Earlier, Treasurer of DU Professor Dr M Kamal Uddin inaugurated the competition.
