The Annual Sports Competition of Fazlul Haque Muslim Hall of Dhaka University (DU) was held at the Central Play Ground of DU on Thursday.
Arafat Hossain, an MS student of Applied Chemistry& Chemical Technology Department emerged as the champion of the competition, while Faisal Ahmed, a third year student of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Department became runner-up of the meet.
After the ending of the competition, Vice-Chancellor of DU Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
Provost of the Hall Professor Dr Mizanur Rahman presided over the prize-giving ceremony.
Earlier, Treasurer of DU Professor Dr Md Kamal Uddin inaugurated the meet.
