The Annual Athletics Competition of Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Hall of Dhaka University (DU) was held at the Central Play Ground of DU on Tuesday.
Reshma Akhter Eti, a student of Management Department emerged as the champion of the competition, while Laboni Begum, a student of Engineering & Leather Technology Institute became runner-up of the meet.
After the ending of the competition, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) of DU Professor Dr Nasreen Ahmed distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
Provost of the Hall Professor Dr Zakia Parvin presided over the prize-giving ceremony.
Earlier, Treasurer of DU Professor Dr Md Kamal Uddin inaugurated the athletics competition.
